U.N. Libya envoy Ghassan Salame did not name any countries supplying arms to the U.N.-recognized government of national accord (GNA) or rival eastern Libyan commander Khalifa Haftar's Libyan National Army (LNA). Libya has been subject to a U.N. arms embargo since 2011, however the government is allowed to import weapons and related materiel with the approval of a U.N. Security Council committee.
